When to Book All-Inclusive Vacations
Planning a vacation usually takes time, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t plenty of last minute vacation deals out there that you can take advantage of. In fact, booking all-inclusive vacation packages, even if you’re short on time, is easier than you think. To help you out, here are some of the best times to book depending on your dream destination.
Mexico
Mexico is always a top pick when it comes to all-inclusives since there are so many sunny destinations to choose from no matter what the season. Popular getaways like Cancún, Playa del Carmen, and Puerto Vallarta peak during the holiday season due to beautiful weather, low humidity, and the flexibility to travel during this time.
To snag a deal, look at booking an all-inclusive during an off period, like mid-October through mid-December. Hurricane season wraps up in the middle of October when the dry season begins, so the weather should still allow for endless beach days with fewer crowds. Depending on the window that you’re looking at, you can find deals of up to 20-50% off compared to during high season.

Hawaii
Hawaii is a popular escape that offers the best of the tropics with no passport required. Unsurprisingly, most people choose to jet off to Hawaii in the winter to get away from the cold. Hawaii has two low seasons where you should be able to find cheaper prices on all-inclusive packages: from April through June and again from mid-August to mid-September. What’s more, you’re more likely to save a few more bucks if you’re able to travel during the week instead of the weekends.
What’s great about traveling to Hawaii at this time, besides the lower prices, is that the weather is still fabulous. The temperatures don’t change much throughout the year in this part of the world so you won’t have to worry about the rainy season or hurricanes like other tropical destinations.

The Mediterranean
When it comes to the Mediterranean, there are two ways to save money. The first is to plan and book two or more years in advance. The second way is to find last minute vacation deals a month or two before you want to go. Summer is peak tourist season with huge crowds, so your money will go a lot farther in countries like Spain, Italy, Turkey, and Greece in the spring and fall months.
June through August will have the highest prices, but the winter will probably not have the most enjoyable weather in this region. Play it safe and opt for the shoulder months before and after the summer months to save some money and enjoy the warm Mediterranean sunshine.

Florida
Looking for a getaway close to home? Florida has plenty of vacation options all over the state, whether you’re looking for theme park thrills or a relaxing beach destination. The cheapest time to head down to Florida without worrying about high heat or hurricanes is either from January to February or August to mid-November.
The winter offers mild temperatures and low humidity, while early fall will still have long days that feel like summer. September is usually the absolute cheapest time to visit, as kids are back to school and the summer rush is over.
