The variety of gourmet dining options aboard the Crystal Serenity will delight your senses, from comfort foods prepared with a gourmet touch, to wine tastings and culturally-themed dinners, to innovative, modern gastronomic creations.

Crystal Dining Room

• The Crystal Dining Room is open-seating for breakfast and lunch, and offers guests three distinc menus each evening:
  • Modern, an innovative menu with dishes such as a Slow-Cooked Shiraz-Braised Oxtail Ragout and a re-imagined Strawberries Romanoff with a Cotton Candy Dome;
  • Classic, featuring traditional favorites prepared by experienced chefs using high-quality, fresh ingredients; and
  • Lighter Fare, offering healthier takes on popular dishes with low-sodium, low cholesterol, low carbohydrate options, and vegetarian creations.

Prego

• Intimate table side service and a seasonally-inspired menu of classic Italian cuisine can be found at Prego.
• Sample antipasti such as Fritto Misto di Pesce with Aïoli, Parma Ham, Sopressata, and Grana with chunks of Parmeasan Cheese and Olives, or Carpaccio of Black Angus Beef with Mustard Sauce and Caravaglio Capers.
• Enjoy traditional favorites like Homemade Potato Gnocci Sorrentina tossed in a Light Tomato Sofrito with Mozzarella Cheese, Scaloppine Di Vitello Servite Con Capelli D’angelo, and Linguine Con Aragosta E Zucchini.
• Indulge with luscious dessert options like Pomegranate Semi Freddo, Mocha Budino, or a digestif of vino dolce from Tuscany such as Sassiciaia from Poli.

The Vintage Room

• The Vintage Room specilizes in wine education, hosting not only tastings and discussions, but also a variety of private wine-themed dinners by special arrangement with the Crystal Serenity's Head Sommelier.
• A sample dinner may feature King Crab with Asparagus and Lemon Sabayon, Porcine Dusted Sea Bass with Fava Bean Puree and Lobster-Tomato Syrup, and Chocolate Prailines, with a selection of Moët et Chandon, La Chablisienne Les Preuses, Dominus Estate, or Trockenbeerenauslese Crystal Cruises Cuvée to accompany each course.

Lido Café

• For more relaxed dining, the Lido Café is an indoor and outdoor restaurant offering breakfast and lunch dishes in a buffet-style.
• In addition to Continental breakfast are made-to-order omelets, fresh waffles and pancakes, and a large selection of other breakfast favorites.
• Lunch features custom salads, made-to-order pasta, a selection of soups, carved meats, fresh seafood, and a variety of desserts, including sugar-free options. Afternoon theme buffets featuring the flavors of the Mediterranean, Latin America, and Asia are also held at the Lido Café.

Tastes

• Offering an eclectic variety of family-style dishes, Tastes features a Late Risers breakfast, Global Comfort Foods at lunch, and an internationally-inspired menu for dinner.
  • Guests can enjoy dishes such as a Deconstructed Grilled Shrimp Caesar salad, Tuna Salad, a Classic Rueben sandwich, Pizza Margherita, Stir-Fry Egg Noodles, Spaghetti Bolognese, Pork Buns, Potsticks, or the Manhattan Beach Burger for lunch.
  • At dinner, Tastes features traditional delicacies from around the world like an African Mala Mala Salad, a Greek Octopus Salad, Scottish Cured Salmon, Alsatian Tarte, Gambas a la Plancha, Spinach Quesadillas, Saffron-Marinated Lamb Kebabs, and Philly Cheesesteak Sliders.

The Bistro

• The Bistro is a European-style coffee bar and café serving complimentary espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino, and specialty teas.
• Wine and champagne by the glass are also available, as well as light meals such as fresh pastries and fruit in the morning, and a selection of international chesses, charcuterie, and pastries in the evenings.

Trident Grill

• A casual dining experience, Trident Grill offers classics such as hamburgers, veggie or chicken burgers, hot dogs, tuna melts, wraps, and gourmet pizza.
• A wide variety of Ben & Jerry's ice creams, non-fat frozen yogurt, sherbets, and fresh cookies is also available.
