The variety of gourmet dining options aboard the Crystal Symphony offers your senses the finest in culinary experiences, from familiar comfort foods prepared with a five-star flair to wine tastings, to innovative, modern gastronomy.

Waterside Dining Room

• The Crystal Dining Room offers  breakfast, lunch and dinner; no reservations are required. With its chic décor and sophisticated ambience, Waterside offers an abundance of intimate tables for two and four. 

Prego

• Intimate table side service and a seasonally-inspired menu of classic Italian cuisine can be found at Prego.
• Sample antipasti such as Fritto Misto di Pesce with Aïoli, Parma Ham, Sopressata, and Grana with chunks of Parmeasan Cheese and Olives, or Carpaccio of Black Angus Beef with Mustard Sauce and Caravaglio Capers.
• Enjoy traditional favorites like Homemade Potato Gnocci Sorrentina tossed in a Light Tomato Sofrito with Mozzarella Cheese, Scaloppine Di Vitello Servite Con Capelli D’angelo, and Linguine Con Aragosta E Zucchini.
• Indulge with luscious dessert options such as Pomegranate Semi Freddo, Mocha Budino, or a digestif of vino dolce from Tuscany such as Sassiciaia from Poli or Vin Santo from Fattoria.

Silk Road

• Chefs trained by world-renowned master chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa create Japanese cuisine with distinct influences from Peruvian and European culture.
• Experience celebrated Nobu dishes such as Crispy Rice Cake with Spicy Tuna Tartar, Lobster with Truffle-Yuzu Sauce, Grilled Wagyu Beef Rib-Eye with Wasabi Pepper Sauce, and his signature dessert, a Bento Box filled with Chocolate Soufflé Cake with Shiso Syrup and Sesame Ice Cream.

The Sushi Bar

• The Sushi Bar offers an assortment of master chef Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa's inventive sushi and sashimi, among them Salmon Tartar, Tiradito Nobu-style, and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño.
• Enjoy new-style sashimi options like Scallop, White Fish, and Wagyu Beef, as well as traditional sushi and sashimi including Salmon Roe, Tuna, Tamago, and Fresh Water Eel, and popular Western-influenced items such as the California Roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll.

The Vintage Room

• The Vintage Room specilizes in wine education, hosting not only tastings and discussions, but also a variety of private wine-themed dinners by special arrangement with the Crystal Serenity's Head Sommelier.
• A sample dinner may feature King Crab with Asparagus and Lemon Sabayon as the appetizer, Porcine Dusted Sea Bass with Fava Bean Puree and Lobster-Tomato Syrup as the main course, and Chocolate Prailines for dessert, with a selection of Chateau Lafite–Rothschild, Pauillac, Bordeaux, Screaming Eagle, Moët et Chandon, La Chablisienne Les Preuses, Dominus Estate, Ambullneo Vineyards, or Trockenbeerenauslese Crystal Cruises Cuvée to accompany each course.

Marketplace

• For more relaxed dining, Marketplace is an indoor and outdoor restaurant offering breakfast and lunch dishes served in a casual, buffet-style. Reservations are not required.
• In addition to a Continental breakfast are made-to-order omelets, fresh waffles and pancakes, and a large selection of other breakfast favorites.
• Lunch features custom salads, made-to-order pasta, a selection of soups, carved meats, fresh seafood, and a variety of desserts, including sugar-free options. Afternoon theme buffets featuring the flavors of the Mediterranean, Latin America, and Asia are also held at the Lido Café, as well as tea service with delicate finger sandwiches and expert blends.

The Bistro

• The Bistro is a European-style coffee bar and café serving complimentary espresso, cafe latte, cappuccino, and specialty teas.
• Wine and champagne by the glass are also available, as well as light meals such as fresh pastries and fruit in the morning, and a selection of international chesses, charcuterie, and pastries in the evenings.

Trident Grill

• A casual dining experience can be found at the Trident Grill, located mid-ship. The restaurant offers classics such as hamburgers, veggie or chicken burgers, hot dogs, tuna melts, wraps, and gourmet pizza.
• A wide variety of Ben & Jerry's ice creams, non-fat frozen yogurt, sherbets, and fresh cookies is also available.
